Each shortlet Apartment goes for 15 million Naira. This would cover apartment acquizition and interior decor design & customer experience development and Marketing cost.

Duration

Your ownership will last for 7 years

No Extra Cost/Payment

You will not be required to pay for any running cost or anything worthsoever during this period.

Apartment Allocation & earnings

After payment, your apartment would be allocated to you in less than 2 weeks but you start earning after 2 months. Two month is required for setting up the apartment to meet standard.

Payment

Each shortlet Apartment goes for 15 million Naira. This would cover apartment acquizition and interior decor design & customer experience development and Marketing cost.

Duration

Your ownership will last for 7 years
